Greaves spread

1.5 kg greaves
3 eggs
2 dl of boiled milk
3-4 small onions
A small vegetable stew
4 tablespoons mustard
salt, vegetation, ground pepper (to taste)


Greaves chopped, finely chop the onion and saute it into the vitreous, add cold milk, eggs and other raw ingredients. Mix everything together well, loaded into small pots and jars and sterilize 20 to 30 minutes.
