Rissoles with garlic soy sauce
250 g of soya cubes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 egg
salt
ground black pepper
parsley
oil for frying
Sauce:
150 ml broth (masox)
1 tablespoon flour
3 garlic cloves
Pre-soaked cubes and chop soy, salt, pepper, add garlic punched, chopped onions, chopped egg and parsley. Mix well, shaped rissoles and fry them.
Sauce: In cooled down broth Mix flour, add crushed garlic and cook, stirring constantly.
