Tofu with mushrooms
250 g of white tofu (uncured)
500 g fresh mushrooms
1 large onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 to 3 tablespoons aligned child meal
2 teaspoons Vegeta (to taste)
2 to 3 dl water
2 to 3 tablespoons oil
For oil spinach finely chopped onion, add sliced mushrooms, fry a while, pour water, sprinkle with Vegeta and the frequent stirring about 10 minutes simmer. Then add the sliced tofu cubes, soy sauce and crushed garlic. Stir, simmer for about 5 minutes and if necessary pour more water. When the water boils, carefully stirring thicken with semolina. Serve with rice or pasta.
