250 g of white tofu (uncured)
500 g fresh mushrooms
1 large onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 to 3 tablespoons aligned child meal
2 teaspoons Vegeta (to taste)
2 to 3 dl water
2 to 3 tablespoons oil

1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 egg
salt
ground black pepper
parsley
oil for frying
